The large windows afford a view of the Eiffel Tower, which is about a 15-minute walk away.
The bedroom area, behind a partial partition that creates the "alcove," is not visible from the entrance to the studio. The study, with desk and bureau, is an open extension of the living room area.
Below, a view of the kitchen from the balcony, with the windows open. The kitchen also has the Eiffel Tower view. The bathroom, completely renovated in January 2008, has a tiled shower, sink, and washing machine.
