Rates for 2008, plus service charge
One week minimum (7 nights). Maximum 3 persons. One-time surcharges for 3rd person: add $50 to rent and 20 Euros to service charge.
$775 / 1 week, plus 130 Euros cash due upon arrival at Studio
$1525 / 2 weeks, plus 150 Euros cash due upon arrival at Studio
$2250 / 3 weeks, plus 170 Euros cash due upon arrival at Studio
$2950 / 4 weeks, plus 190 Euros cash due upon arrival at Studio
Booking
Send a signed contract, plus payment of half the total rent, by check (in US dollars), to confirm reservation.
Information confirming the booking and arrangements for your arrival will then be sent to you.
Payment of Balance
About 20 days before your departure, you will receive an email reminding you to send a check for the balance of rent. Please mail promptly so your account can be credited before you leave.
Service Charge & Security Deposit
You will be welcomed by our representative in Paris. Upon arrival, you have two financial obligations: 1) Service Charge in Euros cash payable to our representative [see chart above]; 2) A check for US$1000 security deposit which will be held by our representative. This check will be returned to you upon your departure, assuming the apartment is left in good condition.
Conditions
The property must be treated with care. Clean linens are provided. Guests must clean the dishes before leaving the apartment. Also, excessive amounts of trash should be removed. The apartment must be left in a clean state, comparable to its condition upon your arrival. No pets, and no smoking. All utilities are included. Unlimited internet access and cable TV are included.
Cancellation
More than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of deposit is refunded; more than 30 days prior, 50% is refunded. Less than 30 days, no cash refund but credited toward another time.
Privacy
Personal information required to complete this contract shall be used solely for that purpose, with the exception that guests may receive occasional email messages from the owner regarding news about the Studio Jean Nicot.
